Getting Started
Yes! All new users get a 10-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start your trial. After the trial, you can subscribe to continue using Powerbuyer.
Visit Powerbuyer and click "Sign Up". Enter your email address, create a secure password, and verify your email by clicking the link we send you. Then sign in and start configuring your first search!
Powerbuyer currently focuses on Etsy, the leading marketplace for handmade, vintage, and craft supply items. Our specialized integration allows you to search and monitor Etsy listings in real-time with advanced filtering and alerts.
Using Powerbuyer
Check these common issues:
Ensure your Etsy search is configured with at least one search query in Settings
Verify your search terms are not too restrictive
Check that filters aren't excluding all results
Make sure you have valid search queries saved in your Etsy Search Configuration
With Powerbuyer, you don't need to manually run searches. Live Search monitors your queries automatically every 5 minutes, and Bulk Search lets you pull up to 1,000 listings on demand. Use auto-scheduling to start and stop monitoring during your active buying hours.
Yes! In the Etsy configuration, enter multiple search terms separated by commas or newlines. Each term will be searched separately, allowing you to monitor multiple product categories simultaneously.
Blocking sellers hides all listings from specific sellers. Right-click on a seller name and select "Block this seller" to add them to your blocked list. Content filtering hides listings based on keywords in titles or descriptions, regardless of the seller. Configure this in Settings.
Hover over a listing and click the "x" button in the top-right corner. The listing will be hidden from your feed.

Telegram notifications alert you instantly when new listings match your keywords or saved sellers post new items. To set up:
Open Settings and expand Telegram Notifications under the Preferences tab
Click "Connect with Telegram" to open @powerbuyer_bot
Press Start in Telegram to get your linking code
Paste the code in Settings and click Link
Toggle on the keywords you want alerts for
Auto-scheduling automatically starts and stops your searches at specific times. Enable it in Settings, set your desired start time (e.g., 9:00 AM) and stop time (e.g., 5:00 PM), and Powerbuyer will handle the rest.
Billing & Subscription
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll only pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Not at this time. We currently offer monthly billing for the Pro plan. Annual billing may be available in the future.
After your 10-day trial ends, you'll need to subscribe to the Pro plan to continue using Powerbuyer. Your data and settings will be saved, so you can pick up right where you left off.
Yes, absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1 -- the highest level of security in the payments industry. We never store your credit card information on our servers.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for your first payment. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund, no questions asked.

If you can't sign in:
Verify your email and password are correct
Check if you need to confirm your email address
Try resetting your password

If searches won't start:
Ensure your Etsy search is configured with at least one search query
Check that your search toggle is enabled
